Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

• Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
• A valid reason and clear images of the item must be provided via email.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
• Exchanges are accepted only for sizing issues or defective items.

To request an exchange, email us at saashbyarsha@gmail.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and supporting photos.

Refunds & Store Credit

We do not offer refunds.

If an exchange is not possible, we will issue you a store credit, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Store Credit

• Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers
• Items that are worn, used, washed, or damaged
